Synopsis[]

It's March, and there is only one month left for the third semester. Sakuta Azusagawa attends his girlfriend Mai Sakurajima's graduation ceremony.

While waiting for Mai on the shore of Shichirigahama, an elementary school student who looks like Mai appears in front of him. Was this a dream or a vision?

Sakuta was thinking about a mysterious experience when he receives a phone call from his father.

"This is about your mother, and she said she wanted to meet Kaede."

This was a wish that came from her mother, who had been hospitalized for a long time. Sakuta and Kaede decide to visit her, but she can't hide her nervousness at the opportunity to see her for the first time in a long time.

An unknown scar appears on Sakuta's body. Is this a harbinger of a new Adolescence Syndrome?
